I've spent the better half of a decade working with high-growth consumer businesses — and I know what good operations look like, and what it costs when they're missing.
Most recently I was Director of People & Operations at SkinSpirit, overseeing analytics, training, and operational initiatives across 50+ locations. Before that: business operations at Minted, product at Tonal, and private equity at Makena Capital Management. I have an MBA from Stanford GSB.
I started Zoe Mattingly Consulting because I kept seeing the same thing: great operators held back by fragmented systems and reporting that couldn't keep up. I help fix that — hands-on, not hands-off.
